Fees

Overviews

When a guest makes a payment, a transaction fee is charged. Additionally, when a property requests a payout from their Funding Account to their bank account, a payout fee is charged. The exact fees charged may vary depending on the country in which the property is located.

Transaction Fee

When a guest makes a payment, a transaction fee is charged. The fee is typically a percentage of the total amount paid. In Indonesia, the payment fee is 4% per reservation amount, while in Thailand, it is 5% per reservation amount.

Payout Fee

The payout fee is the fee charged to property for requesting a payout from their Funding Account to their bank account. The fee varies depending on the country in which the property is located. In Indonesia, the payout fee is 7,000 IDR per payout, while in Thailand, it is 80 THB per payout.

Refund Policy

The transaction fee incurred when initiating a refund is paid by the customer, and this amount is not refundable. The refund amount cannot exceed the amount paid by the guest minus the transaction fee. For example, if a guest pays $100 to book a room and the transaction fee is 5%, the actual payment received by the hotel is $95. When the customer cancels the reservation, the system will refund the customer up to $95.
