The Wallet provides property users with a convenient way to initiate a payout request and payout funds from their funding account directly to their designated bank account.

How to payout?

1. Click on the "Wallet" tab.

2. Click on the "Payout" button.

3. Enter the amount you wish to payout and your bank account details, such as the bank account number and bank holder name.

4. Review your payout request details to ensure they are accurate.

5. Click the "Confirm" button to initiate the payout request.

6. Once you have initiated your payout request, it will be processed by our team.

Additional Tips

1. The processing time for payouts can vary depending on the bank and location. Please refer to your bank's specific processing times.

2. Please contact our customer support team if you have any questions or concerns about your payout requestyour bank's specific processing times.

3. Hotels can select a payout bank. Please review the Smart Order payout page for further details.

By using the bank Transfer Payout feature in the Wallet, you can easily payout funds from your funding account and receive them directly in your designated bank account.
