The rules of settlement

Overviews

The Wallet in the hotel management system offers two types of accounts - the Clearing Account and the Funding Account. The Clearing Account is used to hold funds that have been paid by the guest through a credit card. The funds in the Clearing Account are frozen until the settlement period.

The funds of the reservation will be automatically settled to the Funding Account when the two conditions are met: 0 o'clock one day after the guest check-out and 0 o'clock 15 days after the reservation.

It's important to note that the settlement is done on a per reservation basis. This means that the funds in the Clearing Account for each reservation will only be transferred to the Funding Account after the settlement period for that reservation has ended.

The transfer of funds from the Clearing Account to the Funding Account occurs at midnight on the settlement date.

If you have any questions or concerns about the settlement process, please don't hesitate to contact our customer support team for assistance.
