Trip.com Connection Guide
Step 1 - Set up room type and rate plan in the PMS
Please follow the steps in Initial Set Up, to set up the Room Type and Rate Plan.
Step 2 - Change Smart Order to be the channel manager
Log into https://ebooking.ctrip.com/login, contact Trip.com Customer Service, and change the channel manager to Smart Order. You will receive a confirmation email if you are connected to Smart Order.
Click Contact Us > Change the channel manager

Step 3 - Start mapping in the Smart Order PMS
- Log in to the PMS system and start authorization.
Go to Channel > List > Configure Trip.com > Click Add Hotel > Click Agree and start authorization > Input Agoda hotel code > Input Hotel name > Select the Agoda Property Type (based on your property type)


- Fill in the basic info to connect
Fill in Trip.com hotel code > Fill in Trip.com Account Name > Choose the Pricing Model > Check Connection History
